Rally Arrangements 2013.
- Set-up is on Friday 13th September. The rally areas will be marked out in advance, so those arriving early with exhibits can place them the regulation 1.5 metres inside the fence lines. The fencing will be erected during friday afternoon.
- If exhibitors need to bring items before 13th, there will be people camping in our Club grounds probably from the Wednesday, so it is safe to leave them in the grounds. If using the portable tractor loading ramp, it is most important to chain it to the vehicle before driving your tractor off. A very serious accident could occur if this is not done. There is also a new loasing ramp within the club grounds.
- All exhibitors must register, and proof of insurance (the insurance number on the rear of your badge) recorded.
- Tractors that are participating in the tractor pull or other events should be parked inside the tractor compound. If your tractor is intended as a passive display only, it may be parked in an open area, provided it is disabled from being able to be started, with wheel blocks. If you do not want kids to climb on it or touched in any way, park it in a rally compound.
