Clarendon Classic Rally — 3rd Weekend in September 2026

The 2026 Clarendon Classic Rally brings together some of the biggest milestones in our club’s history. Join us on the 3rd weekend in September 2026 as we celebrate:
  • Blast From the Past — 35 Years of the Sydney Antique Machinery Club
  • 100 Years of the Lister D engine
  • A full weekend of vintage machinery, engines, tractors, vehicles, and demonstrations
This year’s rally will feature extensive Lister D centenary displays, working exhibits, parades, member showcases, and a celebration of the machines that shaped Australia’s mechanical heritage.

​First Rally Revival — Help Us Recreate the Beginning

​As part of our 35‑year celebration, we’re inviting members and exhibitors to help us bring history back to life with a special First Rally Revival Display.
We’re looking for:
  • Machinery or engines that were displayed at the very first Sydney Antique Machinery Club rally
  • Tractors or equipment owned by early club members
  • Memorabilia, signage, programs, or photos from the original event
  • Restorations that have been with the club since the early days
If you were there at the beginning — or have machinery that was — we’d love to see it return to the field in 2026.

The 2026 Clarendon Classic Rally promises to be one of our most significant events yet. A celebration of:
  • Our club’s 35‑year journey
  • A century of the iconic Lister D
  • The people, machines, and stories that built our heritage
